Ingredients:
1 egg
One quarter tsp salt
One quarter tsp red chilli powder
A bit of coriander
1 quarter of an onion
1 quarter of a tomato
1 tsp oil
Method:
Cut up the coriander, onion and the tomato into small pieces and add them into a bowl
Then add in the chilli powder and salt and mix it together
After you get a pan and add oil into it
Pour in the egg and cook it until it gets brown
Then enjoy
