Ingredients:

1.5 cups sugar
12 tbsp Melted butter
6 tbsp oil
5 eggs
1.5 tbsp baking powder
1 tbsp  vanilla extracts
1.5 cups flour
3 tbsp Cocoa Powder

Method:

  1. Crack the eggs into a bowl, add the sugar and whisk.
  2. Add the baking powder and the Vanilla extract.
  3. Add flour, butter and oil and mix well.
  4. Put half of the mixture in another bowl and add Cocoa Powder to it. Mix it well.
  5. Grease a baking tin with oil.
  6. Put half of the plain mixture into the tin and then put in the chocolate mixture. Top it with the remaining half mixtures.
  7. Use a skewer or a butter knife to make patterns in the cake mixture. Avoid mixing it too much.
  8. Ask an adult to put it in a pre-heated oven at 190°C.
  9. To check if it is ready you can put a toothpick in it. If it comes out dry the cake is ready.
