Ingredients:
1.5 cups sugar
12 tbsp Melted butter
6 tbsp oil
5 eggs
1.5 tbsp baking powder
1 tbsp vanilla extracts
1.5 cups flour
3 tbsp Cocoa Powder
Method:
- Crack the eggs into a bowl, add the sugar and whisk.
- Add the baking powder and the Vanilla extract.
- Add flour, butter and oil and mix well.
- Put half of the mixture in another bowl and add Cocoa Powder to it. Mix it well.
- Grease a baking tin with oil.
- Put half of the plain mixture into the tin and then put in the chocolate mixture. Top it with the remaining half mixtures.
- Use a skewer or a butter knife to make patterns in the cake mixture. Avoid mixing it too much.
- Ask an adult to put it in a pre-heated oven at 190°C.
- To check if it is ready you can put a toothpick in it. If it comes out dry the cake is ready.
