The objective of Hazrat Musleh Maud (ra) in establishing this department was to provide work for needy women so that they could improve their living standard. Women should learn skills and use their time wisely so they do not have to depend on others.
This department helps Lajna members by providing classes to learn new skills, supporting them and giving guidance on starting their own businesses, and providing opportunities for members to make money. The department also is in charge of running Bazaars at national events to raise money for Lajna Imaillah as a whole.
