O children of Adam! look to your adornment at every time and place of worship, and eat and drink but exceed not the bounds; (7:32)
The Promised Messiah (AS) said:

Sehet-e-Jasmani is an Arabic phrase that translates as the “health, wellbeing and fitness of the (human) body”. Hence the Sehate Jismani Department concerns itself with enhancing health and fitness in the mind, body, and spirit of girls.
